These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and queenbet ("queenbet," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at queenbet.one. The following general bonus conditions apply across all queenbet promotions unless otherwise stated:

The following general betting conditions apply to all queenbet wagers:

• All bets are final once confirmed. queenbet does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted under the applicable game rules.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a bet or game, queenbet reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the queenbet platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time
• Creating or operating more than one queenbet account

All content on the queenbet platform — including but not limited to the queenbet brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of queenbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the queenbet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

queenbet's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your queenbet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
